Dr. Lord is board certified in family medicine. He completed his internship and residency at St.
John’s Mercy Medical Center. His medical degree was earned at the six year program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. Dr.
Lord has been practicing with SSM Health since 1989 and has a special interest in preventive care, well baby care, sports medicine, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic disease management. Dr. Lord has been awarded recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program for meeting national standards for diabetes care.
